The 45-year old Oscar winning actress met her 46-year-old beau while shooting the 2010 flick Dark Tide. And they've been inseparable since.
People.com reports a rep for jewelry designer, Gurhan, confirmed Olivier has given her a diamond-and-emerald engagement ring:
And Us Weekly reports a source close to the couple has confirmed the engagement. Halle was previously married to former pro-baseballer David Justice, as well as singer Eric Benet.
